The most important product in your home is still the bed. You spend one third of your life in it – in other words, six to ten hours a day. But how can you lie correctly so that your sleep is healthy, natural and restorative?

The first step towards natural sleep is a bed frame which is built entirely from wood, without metal parts, chemistry etc. The mattress is the heart of your bed and the base for healthy sleep.

• The mattress should shape itself to your body without yielding to it.
• It should breathe actively and possess the ability to bind moisture.
• It should insulate against cold from below, and not encourage sweating in the summer.
• It should be able to absorb and neutralise sweat and waste products.
• It should not be covered immediately after you rise. Airing from above and below encourages its speedier regeneration after six to ten hours of continuous load.
• The mattress should consist exclusively of natural materials. 100% nature. In ten years, the mattress must absorb up to 3000 litres of sweat, and it should release this moisture again. It is unadvisable for parents to pass their old mattresses on to their children °, and not just from a hygienic standpoint. Old mattresses are often the cause of damage to the still malleable bone structure of the child, and this damage will be difficult to correct.
